MathWorld is run by an Engineer who is passionate about teaching. Pramod is a Mechanical engineer (ASU, Tempe, Arizona) and has been tutoring since 2014, specializing in College test prep (SAT and ACT), Middle/High School Math, College Math, and Physics. Most of our students have gained 150-180 Math points in SAT, 6-8 points in ACT, scored a perfect 5 in AP exams, and excelled in their school coursework.

With the recent introduction of the 'Common Core Math Standard' in the US curriculum, Everyone is realizing the importance of Conceptual learning and its long-term gains. My focus is always on Deep Understanding and Conceptual Learning, enabling students to master the concepts instead of simply learning the process and memorization.

Being an Engineer, Pramod's mind is inclined towards the 'Learn and Apply' technique and he wants to teach the same to his students. The School curriculum fails to provide a big picture to the students, where the role of a 'Personal Tutor' becomes crucial. We are confident that you would see the result within just a few weeks.

Teaching is Pramod's passion and he finds personal fulfillment every time he guides a student to conquer math concepts. Pramod's focus is on building rapport with the students, to make the connection so that they feel comfortable asking questions and being open to learning.
